Our Classes are the perfect introduction to the enchanting world of Argentine Tango.
Join us and learn the basic steps, embrace, and connection in a fun and supportive environment. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each lesson, ensuring you feel confident and inspired to continue your tango journey.

Milongas
Our Social Milongas are where the magic of tango comes alive. Join us for an evening of music, dance, and socializing in a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or new to tango, our milongas provide the perfect opportunity to practice your moves, connect with others, and immerse yourself in the passion of Argentine Tango.
Our milongas occur every Sunday from 3pm-6pm (50% student discount available – student ID required).

6 Week Foundation Course
Maitri Studio, 4 The Mount Street, Belfast BT5 4NA
Teresa and Michael Keenan, teachers and dancers with over 20 years of experience, will help you step into the world of Argentine tango – a dance of elegance, emotion, and deep connection. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to revisit the fundamentals with fresh perspective, this six-week course offers a supportive and inspiring space to build confidence, clarity, and musicality in both leading and following.
The course starts on 5 September with a meet and greet at 7:30pm followed by six weeks of the course, starting at 8:15pm and running until 9:15pm.

What You’ll Learn
- The foundations of leading and following with intention and clarity

- The key rhythms and styles and tango, vals, and milonga
- How to build trust and awareness through non-verbal communication

- £70 per person
- £60 each for couples booking together
- Level: Suitable for complete beginners and those with some prior experience
- Registration Required: This is a closed course – only registered participants may attend. No drop-ins permitted to ensure consistency and a strong learning group.
